Questions

How do I get my free gift?

Nothing to do. Once your order subtotal reaches $250, $500 or $1000, we add the gift for that tier to your order.

Do gifts stack if I reach more than one tier?

No. You get the gift for the highest tier your order reaches.

Can I choose a different gift?

Gifts are set per tier. If an item is out of stock we swap in something of the same kind and value.

Does the subtotal include shipping?

No. Tiers go by your product subtotal, before shipping and discounts.

First time ordering?

Your first order comes with a free Starter gift pack, whatever the order size.
